This is a service-promotion partnership program designed for individuals and organizations to introduce Medera Global Health services to people who have cross-border medical needs.
Q2|Do I need to be an existing client or patient to join?
No. As long as you submit accurate information as required and pass the review process, you may participate as an affiliate.
Q3|Who is eligible to apply as an affiliate?
Any individual aged 18 or above, or any legally qualified organization, may apply. Promotion activities may begin once the application is approved.
Q4|Do I need to pay any fee to join the program?
No. Joining the affiliate program is completely free.
You only need to submit truthful application information and obtain approval—no membership fee or deposit is required.
Q5|What services can I promote?
You may promote the platform’s non-medical service packages, including medical-journey coordination, appointment support, in-China accompaniment, translation, and lifestyle assistance. Medical diagnosis or treatment services are not included.
Q6|How is my referral relationship with a user established?
When a user makes their first purchase of a service package through your affiliate link or referral code and enters the fulfillment process, the system automatically establishes and records your referral relationship.
Q7|What qualifies as a “valid first order”?
A valid first order refers to the user’s first service-package purchase on the platform related to a specific China medical-journey need that proceeds into the fulfillment stage. Each user generates only one valid first order.
Q8|If the user later purchases additional services or comes to China again, will new “first orders” be created?
No. Subsequent purchases or repeat visits are attributed to the existing referral relationship and do not create new valid first orders.
Q9|Can I use my own link to place an order for myself or my family?
No. Self-referrals and referrals involving closely associated persons (such as spouses or immediate family members) do not generate commissions. Such activity may also trigger system risk-control mechanisms.
Q10|How are affiliate earnings calculated?
After the user’s service-related fulfillment and financial settlement are completed, the platform calculates your earnings based on the net-revenue rules and tiered commission percentages defined in the affiliate agreement.
Q11|When will affiliate earnings be paid?
Once the settlement conditions are met and the order is finalized, the platform will pay the due amount within the designated settlement cycle (e.g., T+30 days, subject to official notices).
Q12|What payout methods are supported?
The platform currently supports RMB transfers to bank accounts within Mainland China and payments via approved international payment channels (e.g., PayPal). Available methods are subject to system prompts and published updates.
Q13|How should I describe the services when promoting them?
You may objectively describe the service content, workflow, and applicable scenarios. However, you must not make treatment promises, provide medical advice, or imply any medical decision-making on behalf of doctors or hospitals.
Q14|What promotional behaviors are strictly prohibited?
Including but not limited to:
- False or exaggerated claims
- Promises such as “guaranteed cure” or “treats all conditions”
- Creating unofficial coupons, rebates, or discounts
- Offering cashback or covert incentives to induce purchases
Q15|What actions are considered violations and may affect my settlement?
You must not:
- Fabricate users or orders
- Collude with others to generate fake transactions
- Funnel payments through abnormal accounts
- Participate in suspicious financial activity
If flagged by risk-control systems, the platform may delay or deny settlement; in severe cases, cooperation may be terminated.
Q16|May I freely use user information or platform materials?
No. You must keep any user information or non-public platform information strictly confidential.
Use is limited to what is authorized under the agreement and must comply with applicable personal-data protection laws.
Q17|Can I exit the affiliate program at any time?
Yes. You may request withdrawal via the affiliate dashboard.
Any accrued but unsettled amount before withdrawal will be handled according to the agreement and actual settlement conditions.
